Our all-inclusive pricing makes it easy to know your costs. We’ve included just about everything you would ever need to have a great meeting experience, just walk-in and start facilitating. To ensure you have a productive day, a meeting coordinator is available right outside your meeting room door.
Enjoy all day hot and cold beverages and go old-school with “perked” coffee the coffee shops envy.
No additional gratuities, taxes* or parking fees. Select from our specially designed catering menus and add for your total cost.

Booking Details
We request payment for meeting room at the time to confirm booking (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
Catering is a one price per meal and is priced per participant. Use your own catering services, no problem.
Operating Details
Meeting event hours typically run between 8:00 a.m and 5:30 p.m. Full Day pricing is up to 9 hours Monday-Friday including 30 min access before and after. Extended hours available upon request & availability.
We are not open to the public. Please call ahead to schedule a tour.

Included in our room rental at no additional charge:
- Meeting Room Coordinator to assist with your meeting needs
- Gourmet snacks provided at morning and afternoon breaks
- Includes coffee, tea, selection of sodas and bottled water
- LCD projector with 45” x 80” projection screens in Moby Dick and Nuns & Cans meeting Room; Click-Share with TV in Shipyard meeting room
- Meeting room supplies upon request (dry-erase markers, flipchart markers, pens, sharpies, sticky notes, tape, etc.)
- Moveable dry-erase whiteboards, self-stick flipcharts and large dry-erase walls
- Wireless Internet
