Booking a meeting is quick and easy and you instantly know
your total price. It is as simple as reserving a meeting room, providing us
your final number of participants and picking your meal selections – Blue Ocean
staff will handle the rest.
Our meeting room rental rate is based on an all-inclusive
price per participant. Just add your meal selections and you can easily
calculate your total cost. Our prices are easy to understand and very
competitive. While a meeting room at a hotel may seem lower at first glance,
once all the extra charges such as hot/cold beverages, equipment, supplies,
taxes and gratuities are added on, you’ll find our rates to be a great deal.
One call and you’re done! We’ll respond quickly, usually
within a few hours. We’ll offer you a tour of our meeting space if desired.
Once we settle on the date and time of your meeting, we’ll work through the
details of your off-site meeting needs.
We have a great selection of menus available from our
partner caterers should you need catering during your event.
We are willing to hold a meeting room for you until you are ready to book your event. When you make a reservation, you will receive an email confirming your booking or hold status and all the relevant details. Then, 5-7 business days before your event, we will call to confirm your event, review your catering choices, and discuss the specific needs of your meeting.
The day before your meeting, we will check in with you to make sure we have everything you will need for your meeting.
The day of your meeting, your Room Coordinator will greet you. She will walk you through the creative meeting space, discuss with you timing of your breaks/meals, provide you with supplies, assist you with room set up and answer any questions you may have. Throughout the process she will be available to provide great service and attention to detail.
Our role is to make sure that your meeting runs smoothly from pre-booking through meeting day.
