Our room rental rate  is based on an all-inclusive price per participant. Just add your meal selections and you can easily calculate your total cost. Our prices are easy to understand and very competitive. While a meeting room at a hotel may at first glance seem lower, once all the extra charges such as cold beverages, equipment, supplies, taxes and gratuities are added on, you’ll find our rates to be a great deal.
