Blue Ocean Facilities was conceived by The Valen Group who has consulted on innovation with many of the top Fortune and Global 1000 companies known for innovation. In their experience successful innovation requires three critical components: The right people, the right process and a component that is frequently missing from most innovation programs, the right environment.

This missing component led to the creation of Blue Oceans Facilities available to anyone wishing to enhance an offsite meeting. This space radiates creativity and most importantly is designed to meet the needs of facilitators and their meeting participants to help craft innovative solutions to complex problems.

When strategists at The Valen Group thought about the many offsite meetings they have held for clients and began to explore what could be if it were just done a little like this or like that, the “this” and “that” became the founding elements of Blue Ocean Facilities.
