Is The Space?
The space is approximately 2,200 sq.
ft. with one main room, The Moby Dick
Room, and three smaller, break-out
rooms, The Fishbowl Room, Nemo I and Nemo II
The Moby Dick Room
is about a 40 ft x 40 ft space plus
an area at the entrance for waiting/registration
and an area set for food, drinks and
snacks total approximately 1,730 sq.
ft.
The Fishbowl Room
is angled like a fishbowl and is approximately
230 sq. ft. set with a long rectangular
table for a group of 8 but could be
configured for up to 12.
Nemo I and II are
two adjacent rooms 10 ft x 12 ft with
round table for 4 but could be configured
for 6.
What
Is The Rental Cost?
We typically rent the entire facility
to one group. The prices vary based
upon the number of participants. We
are happy to discuss pricing and all

Do You Provide Catering? What
Are Your Menus Like?
Yes, just as we collaborated with
our design team for the space, we
have done the same with our caterer
to ensure all details are in order
and the presentation fits the décor
and theme of Blue Ocean to enhance

Will Other People Be Using
The Space While We’re There?
No, we offer the entire space to one group at a time for privacy and the freedom to utilize different space for different elements of your meeting. We are considering expansion if there is enough interest for smaller groups so plese let us know.
How’s Parking? Other
Transportation?
All parking is free. There is plenty
of parking all around our building
and behind us available to you and
your participants.
Do You Provide Facilitators
If Needed?
Yes, we work with many types of facilitators
so we can help you find just the right
person or facilitation team, please ask.
How Much Notice Do I Have
To Give You If We Cancel? Is A Deposit
Required? What Is Your Cancellation
Policy?
We ask for 50% deposit to make a reservation.
Since most people plan ahead, it is
difficult to rent space close to the
rental date. Thus, we will refund
deposits with at least three weeks
notice once a year per client.
What
are your hours? Do you have weekend
hours?
Regular operating hours are 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
We understand that other times and
days may work better for you and we
are happy accommodate your time, day
and length of operations needs. Please
inquire and we will let you know if
additional charges will apply.
