How large is the Moby Dick room?
The space is approximately 1,600 sq. ft. that can be one open meeting area or configured into smaller break-out areas.

The space is approximately 1,000 sq. ft. that can be one open meeting area or configured into smaller break-out areas.

What is the rental cost?

Do you provide catering? What are your menus like?
Just as we collaborated with our design team for the space, we have done the same with our caterers to ensure all details are in order and the presentation fits the décor and theme of Blue Ocean Facilities to enhance your experience. You are, of course, welcome to use another caterer of your choice. Will other people be using the space while we’re there?
No, we offer each meeting room to only one group at a time which allows for privacy and the freedom to utilize the space for different elements of your meeting.

How’s parking?
All parking is free. There is plenty of parking all around our building for you and your participants.

Do you provide facilitators if needed?
Yes, we work with many types of facilitators and we can help you find just the right person or facilitation team, please Contact Us.

Is a deposit required? How much notice do I have to give you if we cancel? What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 50% deposit to make a reservation. Since most people plan ahead, it is difficult to rent space close to the rental date. Room rental deposits are non-refundable within fifteen (15) business days of meeting date.

What are your hours? Are you open on weekends?
Regular operating hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We understand that other times and days may work better for you and we are happy to accommodate your time, day and length of needs. Please inquire and we will let you know if additional charges will apply. Go to Contact Us.
