With its ocean theme, this brightly colored room has an abundance of natural light and is filled with many aquatic treasures.  The room is flexible enough to accommodate many types of group settings and is configured to work with both large group and small break-out group settings for productive collaboration throughout the day.

Warm and inviting, this room is filled with ambient light and maritime artifacts and provides flexibility for almost any room configuration (both small and large breakout groups).

• 24’ x 9’ "Great White” wall for projection, ample wall space for ideating and postings, etc.

Pricing

Our prices are easy to understand and very competitive. While a meeting room at a hotel or another space may at first glance seem lower, once all of the extras such as cold beverages, equipment, supplies, taxes, gratuities and parking fees are added on, you'll find our rates to be a great deal. Rental Information

Our room rental rate is based on an all-inclusive pricing and is per participant; just add your meal selections to the room rental pricing and you can easily calculate your total cost. The room rental rate includes:

• Meeting room coordinator dedicated to your every need
• Morning and afternoon snacks and unlimited cold beverages (sodas, teas, bottled water)
• A/V equipment (VHS, DVD, CD player, stereo, speakers, LCD projector, Great White wall for projection)
• Meeting room supplies and wall space for posting, ideating, etc.
• Movable whiteboards
• Flipcharts
• No tax, gratuity, surprise back-end charges or hidden fees
• Ample, free on-site parking
• Wireless or ethernet Internet

For your planning convenience and to maximize your time away from the office, we offer fully catered breakfast, lunch and dinner services as well as the option to use another caterer of your choice. 

Our caterers offer a variety of items with an emphasis on presentation and great food for a delightful eating experience; never boring or typical. All meals, for your convenience, are served buffet style.

Catering costs are one price per meal for breakfast and lunch and priced per participant without additional taxes or gratuity. Included in our catered meal service is the use of attractive, casual dinnerware settings, glassware and flatware. Room rental includes a wide variety of morning and afternoon snacks as well as a large assortment of unlimited cold beverages and bottled water available all day in stocked refrigerators in each space.
