Blue Ocean Facilities is an adaptable offsite meeting space with an environment to enhance the creativity of teams. The facility is approximately 2,200 sq. ft. It includes four rooms with one main meeting room (used for both group and break-out sessions) and three private break-out meeting rooms. The Main Room

Blue Ocean, a.k.a. The Moby Dick Room – The main room and central meeting space is filled with many treasures of aquatic and land loving extremists. It is big enough to fit the most outrageous ideas and is extremely versatile offering both central meeting facilitation configuration and also group break-out areas for productive collaboration. Approximately 1,730 sq. ft. setup to accommodate large group (up to 60 participants*) and small group meeting settings

The Private Break-Out Rooms

The Fishbowl Room – Mid-sized break-out room. Bring your diving gear as you enter this room, which is properly named, while meeting around the conference table with plenty of white board, wall and table space to make all the best laid plans. Approximately 230 sq. ft in an angled “fish bowl” style and setup to accommodate various meeting settings from “deep” conversation around the large table to a high-energy, stand up collaborative meeting. It is directly accessible from the Moby Dick Room.

 

 
 

Nemo I and Nemo II– Two small-group meeting rooms perfect for a cozy war room setting to get things done, set next to each other. Approximately 120 sq. ft. each, two small but mighty break-out rooms just like the fish, Nemo, directly accessible from Moby Dick

Blue Ocean staff loves a challenge and will take care of every detail. The rooms are fully adaptable to your specifications. If we don’t have it, we’ll do our best to find it for you.

Catering and Meal Planning

For your planning convenience and to maximize your time during the offsite, we manage all on-premise food service. We offer fully catered breakfast, lunch and dinner services in our seasonal menus and price service based upon the number of participants. Our caterers offer a variety of options and great food with an added emphasis on presentation in appropriate ocean theme, of course, for a delightful eating experience; never boring or typical. We are pleased to entertain special requests and will work with you to make meal planning easy and ensure it is just right for you.
